Partner FAQ

Questions before we meet

The model is intentionally flexible. These answers cover the points most teams want to understand first.
What kinds of companies does Aona work with?
We are interested in working with MSPs and MSSPs, cybersecurity and GRC consultancies, systems integrators, cloud and data specialists, distributors, and complementary technology companies. The best fit is a team helping enterprise customers adopt AI safely and responsibly.
Is this only for resellers?
No. We can explore referral, resale, managed service, advisory, implementation, and technology-alliance models. We will choose the structure based on how your team already serves customers rather than forcing every partner into the same motion.
How are commercial arrangements decided?
Commercial terms depend on the partnership model, the work each team owns, the market, and the customer opportunity. We discuss those details directly once we understand the intended route to market.
Can we support customers in multiple regions?
Yes. Backend hosting can use customer cloud, customer on-premises or Aona-managed servers, with managed regions in Australia, France, Germany, the United Kingdom, the United States, Singapore and Hong Kong. Separately, Aona prompt processing can run on the user device/on-edge, in customer cloud or on-premises, or on Aona-managed servers. Confirm each customer's supported configuration, integrations, storage, retention and telemetry; these options do not imply identical capabilities or change the destination AI provider's data handling.
Who owns the customer relationship?
That depends on the engagement. A referral may be Aona-led, while a resale or managed service may be partner-led. We agree roles, communication, and customer ownership early so both teams know how the opportunity will run.
What happens after I submit the form?
You can book a meeting immediately. We will use the details you provide to prepare a focused conversation about your customers, capabilities, regions, and the most practical first opportunity to pursue together.
