Aloa

Aloa is Aona's AI-powered Chief of Staff Agent, running on a mix of Claude Opus and GPT models. She sits at the centre of Aona's agent operation, coordinating the other AI agents on Bastien's behalf and keeping the day-to-day moving. Aloa's scope is orchestration. She routes work to the right specialist agent — growth, sales, customer success, engineering, European GTM — tracks what is in flight, and surfaces what Bastien needs to decide. She handles the meta layer: scheduling, prioritisation, hand-offs between agents, and the connective work that would otherwise sit on a founder's desk. Aloa works under Bastien's direct oversight. She does not act externally without approval, and any customer-facing or public output goes through a human review step. Running a chief-of-staff agent openly, with clear boundaries on what it can and cannot do, is part of how Aona dogfoods its own governance posture.
