Aona is priced per user, per month, in USD, across three plans. Starter is $2.99 per user per month and covers the Aona Core dashboard, analytics, and the browser plugin. Business is $4.99 per user per month and adds the Windows and macOS desktop app, advanced guardrails, and agent, MCP, and skill detection and protection. Enterprise is custom volume pricing for regulated enterprises that need Aona Secure VPN, Aona Browser, custom guardrails, agents identity, APIs and webhooks, and Microsoft Entra and Sentinel integrations.

Every plan includes data sovereignty. Aona-managed regions are available in Australia, France, the United Kingdom, Germany, the United States, Singapore and Hong Kong. Aona data storage and prompt-processing placement are separate configuration choices. Third-party AI-provider processing follows the provider's terms.
