Executive Order 14110 was signed on 30 October 2023. Section 2(ggg) of Executive Order 14148 expressly revoked it on 20 January 2025. Its former instructions must not be presented as continuing requirements of EO 14110. Separate statutes, contracts, standards and later agency policies need their own current-source review.
